As this is a very customised support service my availability will be set according to your needs.  So if there is a particular need during a weekend or bank holiday and I can accommodate it, I will of course make myself available.  If you require a “24 hours a day on call service” then again this can be accommodated.

However, the below calendar shows current commitments which I am already obligated to so only backup cover will be provided during these periods:
